An independent and confidential service for all Aer Lingus Pilots.
We are the Pilot Advisory Group (PAG) and we have a long and proud history of supporting Aer Lingus flight crew.
We are volunteer Aer Lingus pilots trained to listen and support, confidentially and without judgement.
We know that many issues are better dealt with by talking to a colleague who knows what it's like to be a pilot in the company. Enabling us to do this safely and effectively is the Centre for Aviation Psychology, leading and independent experts in peer support.
Irrespective of your concerns, large or small, if it is weighing you down and disrupting your life, please don’t hesitate to make contact us. That’s what we are here for.

Welcome to the PAG
EMERGENCY?
The PAG is not designed to respond to emergency situations. In this instance please contact Flight Ops or IALPA.
Prefer an External Peer?
We understand that you might prefer to speak to a trained pilot peer who does not work in your airline. Fortunately, this is possible through an exchange agreement between many of the peer support programmes managed by the The Centre for Aviation Psychology. All the peers have been trained and operate to the same standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
If you would like to use this facility, please send us a confidential email and we will be happy to arrange contact with a suitable peer outside of your airline.
